This was such a heartfelt sell for us. We lived in that house for many years and I had so many friends there including Karyn Thomad. I was lucky to have Jeri taking care of the sale of my home. The closing was delayed several times due to the buyers loan program they were doing and Jeri kept my calm and reminded me that though it was taking longer we were moving closer and closer to closing. Without Jeri I think I would have blown a gasket and cancelled my contract and tried to get another. And I doubt I would have gotten another in under a week as Jeri did for me. I will definitely be using Jeri again when I buy a new house!
