This was such a heartfelt sell for us. We lived in that house for many years and I had so many friends there including Karyn Thomad. Since we live in Louisiana now I had to choose someone I CV would depend on and who would have "MY" best interest at heart. She is an awesome realtor as well as a Christian woman. She has skills I never thought possible to get this house sold. Others said I couldn't sell now but she had a determined attitude that spoke to me. Karyn and Kevin are truly amazing. If you are looking for a realtor, just know you don’t have to look else where. Karyn worked with us amazingly and kept in contact with us very frequently. She made sure she kept us notified with everything. If something came up she made sure that she tried to work something out before stressing us out! Again, if there is someone you truly want to work with it SHOULD BE Karyn and Kevin. Most definitely will be working with them again.

I was lucky to have Jeri taking care of the sale of my home. The closing was delayed several times due to the buyers loan program they were doing and Jeri kept my calm and reminded me that though it was taking longer we were moving closer and closer to closing. Without Jeri I think I would have blown a gasket and cancelled my contract and tried to get another. And I doubt I would have gotten another in under a week as Jeri did for me. I will definitely be using Jeri again when I buy a new house!

If you are an out of state seller who needs help navigating a sale from a distance Karyn and Kevin Thomas are who you want on your team. My mother passed away recently leaving behind her house in Georgia. When I was ready to sell it I had to navigate the legalities of probate in Pennsylvania, where she passed, Georgia where she owned the house, all from where I live in Connecticut. Karyn helped me with all of the things I needed on the ground including a contractor to update the home and get repairs made and a legal team in Georgia to work with my attorney in Pennsylvania. Kevin quickly found a buyer who was willing to meet our selling price and they both worked together to close the sale in about 90 days even with all of the multi-state legal things that had to happen. And all before Christmas which made me (and I'm sure the buyer) very happy. I couldn't have asked for better support in this process.
