Karyn and Kevin Thomas is a professional winning customer service friendly oriented team from start to finish. They made everything work like a precision instrument from staging of home for photos. Kayrn was always available to quickly respond to any question by phone, text, email or in person. Once the home was on the market, within within 48 hours, received a offer for asking price, under contract in 72 hours and ready to be sold. This was beyond masterful, extremely impressive and would not give in to others involved in the process. The complete team is very aware of the local market, knowledgeable, responsive to any requirements. I will most definitely recommend Karyn & Kevin Thomas to friends and family for their Realty needs. I will be using their services within the next 10 days!

This was such a heartfelt sell for us
This was such a heartfelt sell for us. We lived in that house for many years and I had so many friends there including Karyn Thomad. Since we live in Louisiana now I had to choose someone I CV would depend on and who would have "MY" best interest at heart. She is an awesome realtor as well as a Christian woman. She has skills I never thought possible to get this house sold. Others said I couldn't sell now but she had a determined attitude that spoke to me. I am so thankful to her for the opportunity to work with her. She goes the extra mile to do what is best for th ed clu ed NT. It is not fake or for show "She is Real"! I love her thoughtfulness and kindness. Thank you Karyn for just being the best realtor this side of heaven.

Karyn made sure that all of our needs were addressed in a timely manner. She made sure every concern we had was attended to. She never failed to update us and work around our price range. She was genuine, honest and very informative throughout the whole process to make sure things were done to great standard. She never gave up hope and gave us ways to improve our property to insure we received exactly what we needed from it. I would recommend her a million times. I am grateful for all she has done for me and my family.

Karyn and Kevin are truly amazing
Karyn and Kevin are truly amazing. If you are looking for a realtor, just know you don’t have to look else where. Karyn worked with us amazingly and kept in contact with us very frequently. She made sure she kept us notified with everything. If something came up she made sure that she tried to work something out before stressing us out! Again, if there is someone you truly want to work with it SHOULD BE Karyn and Kevin. Most definitely will be working with them again.
