You wont go wrong with Jeanette as your Real Estate Agent. Her knowledge of the Real Estate Market was completely on target. She experienced many challenges selling my property, which was an Estate sale and she still managed to obtain a cash sale, for the price I wanted! Throughout the entire process she remained steadfast and she never gave up trying to get my property sold. I don't know what I would have done without her. Lourdes went above and beyond what she had to do to get us through the process of selling our home. I was dealing with the death of my mother and a very long illness and she stepped in and took as much off of my plate as she could. For most of us... Home buying/selling can be arduous and stressful...really stressful. There have been instances where I have been lucky enough to fall into the hands of a even-keeled, calm and informed professional. . .(funny too) ... Viewing properties for sale in south Florida from midtown Manhattan - . . . kind of informed/clueless. . . As circumstances predict, I was not one of the easy, simple plain vanilla deals all agents hope for. . .this being said, not to get to deep into specifics, Diane was the go-to person/always there... great knowledge of the market, a rock of composure and a trusted ally throughout...
