Dawn Mansur

Dawn helped me to lease my condo during a rough market and then after lease expiration, we listed it and she sold it in 3 weeks. With the current condo market, increases in interest rates and insurance, she basically accomplished the impossible in record time. Through this whole process, she walked me through every step with excellent information, grace and a lot of laughter.

Dear Dawn, Thank you so much for selling my condo in Florida. Your hard work and expertise made the entire process smooth and stress free. I truly appreciate all of your help and I am so glad I chose you as my agent. Best Regards, Jodi Sgroi

Dawn was very knowledgeable when it came to our property and the market value. She was very personable and professional in her dealings with us.

Entrusting the sale of my condo to Dawn Mansur of Keller Williams Real Estate was one of the best decisions I could have made. From our very first conversation, it was clear that I was working with someone who is not only highly knowledgeable, but also genuinely invested in their clients and the process. Selling a home is a very personal experience, and Dawn approached it with incredible care, patience, and attention to detail. She took the time to understand my goals, answered every question thoroughly, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident throughout each step of the journey. Dawn's guidance on pricing, preparation, and marketing proved to be absolutely spot-on. Thanks to her expertise and strategic approach, we received an offer at my full asking price in under 14 days. The entire process was smooth, organized, and far less stressful than I ever expected it to be. What truly stood out to me was Dawn's communication, patience and dedication. Dawn consistently kept me informed, anticipated potential challenges, and handled every detail with professionalism and care. I always felt supported and knew I had someone advocating for my best interests. Beyond her professional expertise, Dawn brings kindness, integrity, and authenticity to her work — qualities that make a meaningful difference during such an important life transaction. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dawn Mansur to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She will deliver outstanding results while making the entire experience feel personal, positive, and seamless. Thank you so very much Dawn!!
