The minute Dawn answered the phone, I knew she would be great .. She sold my condo in 1 day; after I had been with another agent on the market for 6 months . She knows what to do in your home to show it off in the best way possible ,which was not happening before. I was in California the entire time , and had total faith in Dawn every step of the way .. She had solutions to every possible scenario during escrow and handled it all for me.. She knows her stuff and puts her clients FIRST .. never was she not available.. She will work hard for you and I adore her.. Being on another coast and feeling so confident with Dawn was huge.. Don't waste you're time with anyone else ... she will get the job done professionally . I only wish I had known about her when I first listed.. So considerate ; she loves what she does!!

From start to finish Lisa went above and beyond to take care of everything. She smoothed over a couple of issues between the buyer and myself and always kept the lines of communication open. Dawn spent countless hours working around my work schedule looking at condos. She devoted every Saturday and Sunday taking me around and checking out the countless units for sale as well as explaining the pros and cons of those areas we looked at.
