I Can’t speak highly enough of Dawn Mansuur our real estate agent. Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity and hard work ethics are very much appreciated and respected. She is detail oriented, honest, great with people. Great communication with the buyers, sellers & title companies. I deal with many agents over years and she is the best in the business. Great with sales and rentals. She will get all our business in the future and all our friend referrals.

The minute Dawn answered the phone, I knew she would be great .. She sold my condo in 1 day; after I had been with another agent on the market for 6 months . She knows what to do in your home to show it off in the best way possible ,which was not happening before. I was in California the entire time , and had total faith in Dawn every step of the way .. She had solutions to every possible scenario during escrow and handled it all for me.. She knows her stuff and puts her clients FIRST .. never was she not available.. She will work hard for you and I adore her.. Being on another coast and feeling so confident with Dawn was huge.. Don't waste you're time with anyone else ... she will get the job done professionally . I only wish I had known about her when I first listed.. So considerate ; she loves what she does!!

From start to finish Lisa went above and beyond to take care of everything. She smoothed over a couple of issues between the buyer and myself and always kept the lines of communication open. There was never a time I was unable to reach her. My unit was currently leased at the time and she went out of her way to accommodate my tenant and cause as few disruptions as possible.

This is a challenging real estate market and Tracy was there every step of way. She was patient and kind. Helped me choose the neighborhood that was right for me. Extremely responsive always getting back to me. Offering guidance when I was struggling to make a decision. I found my forever home and I couldn’t have done it without her. If you are looking to buy or sell in this crazy Florida market, Tracy is your agent. I can’t say enough good things about her.

Dawn spent countless hours working around my work schedule looking at condos. She devoted every Saturday and Sunday taking me around and checking out the countless units for sale as well as explaining the pros and cons of those areas we looked at. She listens to what the client wants and then arranges the showings around that feedback. She is always honest and points out feedback that I would have probably never thought about. Additionally, she fights for her clients rather than just looking for the sale. She wants her clients to close the deal 110% happy with their choices.

We are first time sellers and were referred to Dawn by another agent who my husband knew. Dawn was positive, responsive and professional the whole time. It was like she was more of a friend than business partner and her continued positvity and drive was seen and appreciated. We would refer her to anyone. She was very quick and precise and always in our favor and made sure we were comfortable and explained everything through the process. It made the experience less stressful. Thank you Dawn!

My experience with Lisa was she was exceptional, professional and very knowledgeable. I have sold many homes in my days I have to say this was the best experience that I’ve had. If I ever need to sell a home again I would definitely hire her without a doubt.
