Dawn is very familiar with the North Palm Beach area, and with the Ocean Trace Condo's. We were looking for an apartment for my Mom in the Juno Beach area, Dawn had been in contact with us and showed us another unit, but it was a bit too small for my Mom, but then a few days later Dawn told us about a unit that was comming up for sale soon and it was much more suitable. We explained that this was for my Mom and Dawn was able to make the deal and get the apartment for my Mom in less than 3 weeks. We had the pleasure working with Dawn. From start to finish she is very knowledgable, kind, and professional. We look forward to the opportunity to work with her again.

Sarah showed us houses that met our criteria until she found just the right one. She helped us with communicating with the seller, with the closing, securing insurance and found contractors to help us renovate the home properly. She's still helping us get familiar with our new community and Palm Beach Gardens.
