My wife and I were out of state buyers so needless to say we had a lot of questions and Tisha had the answers and even educated us on things we had not even thought about. We gave Tisha a list of about 15 house we wanted to fly down and walk through. She research every house in detail on important factors and set aside 3 days in a row to walk us through them. I would definitely recommend Ginny. She helped us buy a house while we had a very small window of time to do it in. The place is perfect for us. We live up north and she made the purchase seemless with online signing. She even did a walk through on video. There were things left behind by the seller and she took them to goodwill before we got down there. She is knowledgeable and "Johnny on the spot" with every request. Thanks to Ginny we will enjoy our winters in warm weather in a great location!

Phenomenal communication ! We gave her the permission to represent both the Buyer and the Seller. She honored both parties equally. She never took advantage of this position. She represented each fairly. She is an ultimate professional from start to finish !
