Phyllis was incredible! I've bought and sold over 15 homes in my lifetime. Phyllis was the absolute best; knowledgable, thorough, and most hard working realtor I have ever experienced. A good communicator too! She got me from listed to sold in less than two months. As a listing agent, I've watched others sit back and wait for others to sell a property. Phyllis created a buzz with other realtors, then did several open houses that actually got it sold quick. Just amazing...look no further!
