I found Jessica on Instagram and reached out a few years ago with some initial interest in moving back to Port Charlotte. Life happened, and I had to put it off for a while. When we decided to make the move, I knew who to reach out to! The process was simple from start to finish, and she was always quick to answer questions. It was a little stressful due to two hurricanes between our offer being accepted and closing and because we had never seen the home in person! Fortunately, Jessica was extremely helpful the entire time. I would recommend her to anyone.

It takes compassion, someone who will listen, someone who will effectively communicate so you understand all the paperwork involved in buying or selling a house. We ran in to Jess in a parking lot, her car really stands out, and told her we were starting to look for a new place to live. She listened to all of our needs and wants for a new place. She worked hard to find the right fit for us and did not push us into one that wasn’t right. She was there with us the entire time, even at signing. She is a great person, we consider her a friend, we recommend her to anyone who is looking for a new place to live and when it’s time to upgrade we will be going with her again.
