I found Jessica on Instagram and reached out a few years ago with some initial interest in moving back to Port Charlotte. Life happened, and I had to put it off for a while. When we decided to make the move, I knew who to reach out to! The process was simple from start to finish, and she was always quick to answer questions. It was a little stressful due to two hurricanes between our offer being accepted and closing and because we had never seen the home in person! Fortunately, Jessica was extremely helpful the entire time. I would recommend her to anyone.

Jessica Pasick was kind, courteous, professional, and an absolute gem to find when selling the lots and property. She went above and beyond to assist with things that she definitely didn't need to do to help. She was available day and night by phone and text. Jessica has a fabulous personality. She is also hard working and has many resources in a variety of areas and fields. She listens to concerns and gives advice, but ultimately lets the decision be made by the parties she represents. Jessica was involved in the purchase of my home from the beginning. She was professional, knowledgeable, and available whenever needed. She applied her k owledge and skills when we can to a big bump in the road with the builder and mortgage company and resolved the problem as best as one could have expected. In addition , she found a home that met all of our specifications.

We ran in to Jess in a parking lot, her car really stands out, and told her we were starting to look for a new place to live. She listened to all of our needs and wants for a new place.
