I called Miss Ostrowe to place my condo on the market this past spring thinking it would sit for a year and she told me, a couple weeks. I thought it was funny but, sure enough , she she sold it for 30K more than what I expected. Being in a condominium association, there is management and a Board of directors to deal with and I had to do nothing as she handled the situation. Thank You Anneliese!!

Susan Costello is the most impressive realtor I have ever worked with. I was looking for property in Charlotte County and was not sure whether I wanted a mobile home or a lot to build a home. After several months of looking I decided to look for a home. I am sure that I was not the easiest client Susan has worked for but she had the utmost patience. Also her knowledge of inspecting homes was very helpful. I was looking for a home with two garages or hobby shop on the property and was dealing with a limited budget.
