Mrs. Viola Hardy and her team was able to help me accomplish a life long goal of mine by utilizing their knowledge, skills, experience, and effective communication. Viola was able to inform me on how the process of purchasing a home would go. In spite of being across seas on a military deployment in a 7 hour time difference, Viola constantly made her self available to answer all questions I had in a timely manner. She never left me with any unanswered questions. Viola and her team showed me that they really valued my goals. If i were to buy another property, I would absolutely go back to Viola! I highly recommend any and all to do the same. I do not think the process would be as smooth and easy as for me if i used another organization.

I was a 1st time homebuyer and Viola made this very strenuous process more bearable. She answered all questions I had about any aspect of the process. She was dedicated to showing me homes even when it wasn't really convenient for her. She was very honest with me on what I needed to know and do. Charlotte did an outstanding job marketing and selling my home at 77 Parks Place, Sharpsburg, GA. I had already relocated out of state, so she took care of EVERYTHING for me locally in my absence, from meeting inspectors, to obtaining my termite letter, to communicating with the neighborhood HOA on my behalf. She came over and let me in when I accidentally locked myself out during move out, and even rolled the garbage can to the street at one point when I was not there to do it! She was spot on in setting the sale price, which was higher than what I would have imagined going in, so my bottom line walking away was about $30K more than I originally anticipated when I first made the decision to sell. She made everything so easy and stress-free. I am so grateful for how everything turned out. I would 100% have her represent me again for any future real estate needs.

Let me start by saying that if John Foster is not your real estate agent then you are missing out. My husband and I started looking for a house two years ago in Cumming, GA.
