This was the third time we have used John Foster as our Realtor to Sell a home in Cumming Ga. When John met with us, he discussed the system we would use to sell our house. I liked how he shared 3 strategies we can use to choose the list price. He gave us his recommendation that would net us the most. And it worked perfectly. We had photos taken about 7 days before we planned to list, the listing hit the market on a Thursday, first showings on Friday, open house on Sunday (we had more than 100 people attend) and reviewed approximately 17 offers on Monday and we were under contract on Monday – 72 hours then sold. It went the way John said it would. We sold our home for $100K more than we listed for and $193K more than anything had every sold in our community. It was quick and went exactly as expected. I strongly recommend John Foster as your Realtor if you have a home to sell in Forsyth County GA.

I was referred to John many years ago when we bought a home in Cumming Ga. John Foster was a great realtor to work with. He listened and helped us find the perfect home in Cumming Ga. Then a few years later we call John Foster back and asked him to sell our home in Cumming Georgia. We sold that home and John Foster helped up by a farm in Gainesville Georgia. When the time came to sell our home, there was only one real estate agent for us to call and it was John Foster. We sold our farm very quickly and we were very pleased with our sales price. The process went exactly how John anticipated. I give John Foster 5 stars and the best Realtor we have worked with. If you need to buy or sell a home in North Atlanta - you should call John.

Ms Golack was very attentive and patient, with a friendly and warm personality! She listened to my needs and adhered to them! She made it so easy to prepare for the sell of my home and made sure that everything was presentable for showings and open houses. She kept me informed timely of ANY offers, events or changes.
