Everything was managed in a timely manner all documents were correct and completed promptly. Her negotiating skills are second to none we recieved the full asking price for the property. We maintained contact with Deborah for about a year after meeting her at an open house. When we came to Florida we met in-person and arranged for a tour to get a feel for the housing market. We had absolutely no intention of purchasing a house, but she had listened so well to what we were looking for that she showed us the perfect home. It met all of our hopes...could not have been more perfect! We purchased the house and closed approximately 30 days later. She is a wonderful agent, listens to what you are looking for and then shows houses that meet your requirements. She treats you like family and after 28 years of moving with the Air Force she was the best realtor we ever had. Can't do better!

Vanessa is amazing! She was our realtor when we bought our first home in 2012, so when we decided to sell, we knew we would work with her again. My favorite things about working with her, is her level of patience. We were going back and forth on selling our house for over a year and she never rushed us and waited until we were ready. Oh and they treat clients like VIP, with very thoughtful gifts and personal touches! They truly put the client first.

I’ve never had a realtor that looked out for my interests like Sharon. We built a great relationship while I was searching to purchase a home in Florida from Pa. I flew down and spent the week end searching for the type of home and location. She was able to understand exactly what I was looking for. I found her very responsive to my calls and questions and man did I have a lot. I really worked her and she looked at every home I requested her to go into. I was out of state and really needed a realtor I could trust. She spent many hours running from home to home and giving me immediate feedback. She answered my calls or called me back immediately. No waiting around. I began to feel a friendship start and knew she wanted what was best for me. I ended up purchasing a home that she found and walked through. She did her home work on the selling agent and moved quickly to secure the home. We had 3 or 4 homes snatched up before we located my new home. I can honestly say Sharon is a great Realtor.
