Exceptional realtor who guided us every step of the way in selling our house! Juan was able to guide us thru one of our most difficult of times. His patience and his ability to translate to Spanish were extremely useful to us as Spanish speaking clients. He helped us thru the entire process of selling our home. He coordinated the showings of the house along with our work schedules. Knowing that we had Juan as our representative allowed us to feel at ease as we navigated thru the inspections and then the eventual closing. Teri and Virginia are everything you want in your realtors. They are extremely knowledgeable, hard workers, and great communicators. My wife and I were looking for a vacation home for our family, and they were able to teach us about the different communities, find the best properties to show us, and help us close the deal. Teri was given the task of selling our house and in these tough times I thought it unlikely. Not only did she manage it with her superb team she got us the full asking price too. The process wasn't easy but only because of the buyers realtor. My only criticism of Teri was that after only 4 days on the market she advised us to take a low offer stating it is often the best. But when we declined she got straight back to work for us and it was never mentioned again. Thank you Teri we are very grateful and would definitely use you again.
