Herny came to us by way of a family's recommendation. We were in the market of both selling our current home as well as purchasing a new construction. I contacted Herny and immediately we connected amicably. She is very easy to speak to and extremely patient. The entire process of selling/buying was new to my fiancée and me. Vanessa and Jaime just helped us close on our dream Florida home while we were 1,300 miles away in Illinois! Literally going above and beyond at every step along the way to make things as easy on us as possible! The very first thing I noticed when talking to Vanessa was that she genuinely cares about your experience. I cannot recommend Deborah enough. My mother and myself ended up with the impossible situation of having to sell our property that my father had ran for many years after his sudden passing. Being on lockdown due to the Covid pandemic we were stuck in the UK with no way of getting to the US. We had no idea what we were doing with regards to real estate, selling etc. Deborah took care of literally everything and went above and beyond the call of duty. She was extremely proactive and quick off the mark. I am sure some of the things she helped with were not in her job description and were not expected of her yet that didn't stop her from magically solving problems which seemed very difficult from so far away. She made it possible for us to sell our villa in less than a month during a global pandemic from another country when the main named owner was no longer with us.
