After listing the property, she constantly updated me on where the market was in the area of the property and advised me if and when we should make a price adjustment. Once an offer came in, she worked with me negotiating a counteroffer that would give me an outcome very close to what I was expecting to get from the sale of the property. I had already booked a vacation out of the country before the property was listed and when the offer came in, Beverley worked with the title company to get a notary who dealt with closings to come to my home so that closing would go ahead on time.
