The property I sold was originally a rental property. Beverley worked with me on renovations after the tenants left. After listing the property, she constantly updated me on where the market was in the area of the property and advised me if and when we should make a price adjustment. Once an offer came in, she worked with me negotiating a counteroffer that would give me an outcome very close to what I was expecting to get from the sale of the property. I had already booked a vacation out of the country before the property was listed and when the offer came in, Beverley worked with the title company to get a notary who dealt with closings to come to my home so that closing would go ahead on time.
