Shaun was wonderful for every step of the sale of the house. From advising about photography for the space, as well as open houses and realtors that came to the house with clients, Shaun took care of everything. The few hiccups we had from other realtors were handled by him, and I never felt that he was anything other than perfectly balancing professionalism and yet showing his warm and friendly personality. He did more work that I know of, I’m sure, and dealt with the delicate situation of a contentious divorce situation well.
