We sold our house during difficult times. The interest rates were high and the house itself was large and expensive. The combination made for a hard sell but Beverly endured. She put the effort in to keep the property on the forefront. Meanwhile, once a purchase was in the offing, every question that we or the buyers raised was dutifully followed up on by Beverly and we were never left wondering, "Hey, what's happening?"
