Vanessa Barnes
The Barnes Team is a 10 star team!! Before we drove out of our driveway in Idaho, Vanessa was hard at work searching for our new Florida home. When we arrived she had a schedule set up of homes for us to see. She took our wish list and turned it into a reality. Then we met her husband Jamie, he inspected each home we saw and took time to answer all of our questions and gave us valuable advice. He is really amazing and very knowledgeable!! Then you add in Mariah from the office and you have the 10 star team. They are always helpful and quick to respond to our questions. They made buying a home in Florida a great experience!! You can’t do better than the Barnes Team in Celebration Florida!!

Vanessa and her team were very responsive and professional. Vanessa is very knowledgeable and pays attention to details. She provides you with expert advise on how to best sell your home in the given market. Vanessa also ensured that we had support throughout the entire selling process. In addition to that, she ensured our out of state home buying process was smooth and that the title company there had all they needed from our current home sale. We highly recommend Vanessa and her team, you will not find a better agent!!

We listed our home with Vanessa and in just 11 days we had sold it! She gave us great advice and was always available to answer any questions we had. The Barnes Team is also helping us with the purchase of our new home - and they’ve guided us through the process - from design studio to pre-construction. We highly recommend them if you’re looking for someone with attention to detail, a passion for sales, and someone who is focused on the most up to date trends and marketing strategies. Thanks Vanessa, Jamie and Mariah!
