During my purchasing of a new build in the Providence community, which I highly recommend to anyone looking, I was called away for a family illness up in New England. Mr. Schafer stepped up to be my advocate for the final inspection/walk-through to make sure that the builder fulfilled their parts of the agreement. Adjusting and touching up noted blemishes on the inside, replacing bad patches of sod, ect. I would not have been able to keep to my timeline without the “9Line Team”. Thank you again and we look forward to inviting you over for our first cookout, once we install the outdoor kitchen.

Sharon was my real estate agent when purchasing a new home in Winter Garden, FL. I was moving from Virginia, and conducted everything virtually. The only reason this was successful was because Sharon is an outstanding agent. She sent me homes based on my criteria, and provided information about each individual neighborhood. Sharon conducted a virtual tour with me and handled all of the negotiations during the offer phase. Needless to say, we closed without a hitch in less than 30 days. Sharon is professional, knowledgeable, and deeply seasoned in the industry. She guided me through every step of the way and was an absolute delight to talk to. Just closed on a wonderful home shown to us by that fabulous team of Vanessa and Jaime. Vanessa searched high and low and showed us multiple properties. She had a keen eye on what we wanted. After signing the offer, she made sure that the process moved forward, and she kept after the other folks involved so everything could be finished in a timely fashion. Outstanding customer service.
Juan from day one took the time to know what I am looking for. He listened carefully to my preference and scheduled showings to my liking.
