Susan Graves had made the initial contact to sell my property. She presented the option for sale, and in the process convinced me she and KW would be good partners to help with the offering. She was indeed correct. I especially appreciated her efforts to go beyond questionable initial information and personally investigate the facts, both to arrive at a reasonable FMV and to facilitate the sale. Also, the sale involved dealing with ill-trained staff at the closing title company. In this, her personal support greatly helped move the closing process towards successful conclusion. Vanessa and her team were exceptional in their work with us finding a home in Clermont. Every question we had was very quickly addressed (and continue to be addressed a month after the closing}, the houses we were shown were exactly within the parameters we set, and when we suggested changes to the closing date 2 weeks before the scheduled closing, it was done. Nothing for compliments for Vanessa and her team!
