Mary Beth made buying a house really fun for someone (like me) who was scared to make such a large purchase. Up front, she explained the process very clearly and laid out a plan for our house search. We told her what we wanted and she showed us a selection of houses within our budget. She is incredibly knowledgeable and knows the fair value of a house, which made it easier to move forward with our selection. She makes it easy by doing all of the hard work in the background so we could really enjoy the process. She's the best. We love our house!

When Mother died, we had a house to sell. We needed a good realtor to help us. Amy was knowledgeable, personable, and committed to getting us the best price for Mom's house. Amy walked us through the process, gave us the area sales figures, and helped us decide on price. She was in touch as offers came in and always available for any questions we had. She knows her way around negotiating! She presented the offers to us, outlining the pros and cons....contacted buyers as needed. She even came to the closing to ensure all went well. Amy was a pleasure to work with. Our experience couldn't have been better. We highly recommend her and will ask for her expertise when we have a home to purchase or sell.

As an investor, I know what’s important to me in a buyer’s agent. And the transaction Alison handled for us was particularly challenging because we were not in town to be hands-on, so we had to rely on her for a lot more than we normally would. She did not disappoint. Alison really was exceptionally responsive, efficient, and accurate at what she did for us, and that goes for everything from property scouting, inspection, negotiating, and closing. Sara has great knowledge of the Kansas City area, and helped us find a home in the Kansas City area for our move from Colorado. We made two trips for an intensive search for our home and Sara stuck with us through 4 offers before we were able to successfully get an accepted offer. She was willing to share resource contacts that was really helpful and even saved my husband when he was stranded with a car problem by taking him to get a rental car. Sara went above and beyond any expectations I had for a realtor. She sold my home quickly, finding the perfect buyer who was able to act fast and had minimal conditions. She showed me dozens of houses, often the minute they went on the market, and was willing to give me honest advice when she thought the home wasn't right for me or was not in good condition. She expertly negotiated when we did find my dream home, even writing a personal letter to the seller expressing why she thought I'd be the ideal buyer (there were competing offers). I did some redecorating before moving in, and Sara was able to recommend great folks that were able to help me with painting, floor refinishing, landscaping, radon mitigation, etc. I would highly recommend Sara. It was so helpful to have such a hard-working, trustworthy advocate through this entire process!
