When Mother died, we had a house to sell. We needed a good realtor to help us. Amy was knowledgeable, personable, and committed to getting us the best price for Mom's house. Amy walked us through the process, gave us the area sales figures, and helped us decide on price. She was in touch as offers came in and always available for any questions we had. She knows her way around negotiating! She presented the offers to us, outlining the pros and cons....contacted buyers as needed. She even came to the closing to ensure all went well.
