Sara went above and beyond any expectations I had for a realtor. She sold my home quickly, finding the perfect buyer who was able to act fast and had minimal conditions. She showed me dozens of houses, often the minute they went on the market, and was willing to give me honest advice when she thought the home wasn't right for me or was not in good condition. She expertly negotiated when we did find my dream home, even writing a personal letter to the seller expressing why she thought I'd be the ideal buyer (there were competing offers). I did some redecorating before moving in, and Sara was able to recommend great folks that were able to help me with painting, floor refinishing, landscaping, radon mitigation, etc. I would highly recommend Sara.
