Kim was very straightforward, didn't tell us what we wanted to hear but accurately represented the marketplace. I preferred an agent who would share an honest opinion, help me minimize the emotions tied to valuing my home and provide tips to enhance the desirability of our home to a potential buyer. She was always available and provided guidance and support when needed. I would give her 6 stars if I could and would highly recommend her to potential sellers without any reservations.

Kim is a talented and knowledgeable person and realtor. I put my trust in her which made the experience of selling my house so much easier for me. I don’t know where to start. I was facing a hard time finding homes for 3 months prior with a previous realtor agent who really didn’t care and lacking professionalism. All I received from her was HIGH STRESS LEVEL. Well I was referred to Sabrina by another agent and I can tell you my life changed since. Listen! Sabrina is very professional, knowledgeable, kind and a sweet person. I can say throughout the process I couldn’t remember how many times I asked him Sabrina questions. It comes naturally to her to explain from point A to Z. Sabrina and her team Cazi omg can’t forget Cazi 😀she is another agent who knows her job very proactive and they went out of their way for me knowing what I was up against with the tough housing market. Joy comes in the morning lol 😂 I closed on my new home almost a month ago 8/23/2024 with Team Wendy which I always called it . This was a process that inclided Andrew (our buyer's agent) and numerous listing realtors - some good and some very bad. The property we ended up with was "meant to be" as it was an early selection but delays and deadlines passed with no success. Other properties were reviewed and offers submitted but it all came back to our ultimate acquisition. Andrew was patient and persistant in working with us through many facets of the deal from inspections, asppraisals, contractor quotes, insurance, cleaners, roofers, etc. He absolutely went over and above the call of duty in making it happen as we were out-of-state buyers. I work with realtors in my job in Indiana and know what a good realtor is and isn't - Andrew is excellent from my standpoint! Do not hesitate to use him at all.

I met Roger and his wife years ago and they are just Amazing!!! I have rented, bought a house, sold a house and now buying another house with Roger and also his Wife Tiffany. They never refused my calls or thought any of my questions were stupid 😃 We have searched for a new house and the first thing Roger looks for is if my Baby Grand will fit, if not no deal 🤪 If you want a GREAT REALTOR call Roger he will go over and above and always make sure that you have the best and remember no question is dumb. He’s always there and always answers his phone and makes sure he returns all calls. I could not have asked for better realtor/realtors !! I would give them a 20 plus Thank you so much, Roger and Tiffany for being there for me and making sure that I made the right choice you two are the best!!

There is nothing easy about selling a house, but Peggy assured me that we would, and in four months it was sold! There were a couple of detours along the way but in the end she got the job done. I would recommend Peggy Foster for anyone who is looking for a realtor.

Traci did a fantastic job of getting my house sold in Dec 2023. She listed it on Oct 1 and we had a buyer make an offer 3 weeks later, that buyer ended up not able to get financing after a few weeks. Traci removed the pending sale and within 3 days of that had a solid offer for more money and I closed on 12/29/23. Traci is the very best without question!
