Audrey is probably the best agent I know. Which is why I asked her to sell my house. Her ideas about how to sell a home and her communications with me to get that done are outstanding. There were several homes on the market in my community and, of course, it is a buyer’s market. With that said, she priced my home and professionally marketed my home with the result being that my home sold before any of the others in my community that were already on the market prior to mine. Many of my friends are passing her credentials to people they know who are thinking about selling. They saw the confidence that I have in her and saw that she lives up to that expectation. She is honest, professional in every way and compassionate. As I said, Audrey Smith is the BEST!!!

Andrew made my/our entire experience very enjoyable. I/we put him in some difficult situations and he handled these in a very professional manner. He does everything at a high level. He pointed out issues that we didn't see and helped us really find the right house for us. He even went to the home inspections to make sure everything was in great condition. Andrew has a great sense of humor, great stories, and great energy level. We would rate him 10 out of 10.

Kim is the best realtor either one of us has ever worked with. She goes the extra mile ALWAYS! She crosses all her T’s and dots all her I’s. She is extremely ethical and above board on all actions. She never drops the ball and attended every meeting we had. If she doesn’t know the answer to anything, she will research it and get right back with you. Our buyers were so impressed with her when they came to an Open House they ended up using her as well and she became a transactional representative, and was fair to both sides.

Kim was very straightforward, didn't tell us what we wanted to hear but accurately represented the marketplace. I preferred an agent who would share an honest opinion, help me minimize the emotions tied to valuing my home and provide tips to enhance the desirability of our home to a potential buyer. She was always available and provided guidance and support when needed. I would give her 6 stars if I could and would highly recommend her to potential sellers without any reservations.
