Took 2.5 years to find the right house but Andrew was willing and able to view houses for me or to recommend a house I might be interested in, I live out of state, so it took Andrew many hours , days to find the correct house for me. Andrew was very helpful with additional tasks, finding a lawyer for me, finding homeowners insurance and so many other tasks as I was out of the state, I honestly can not believe how above and beyond my agent went.

Kim did a wonderful job. Not only was she easy to work with and knowledgeable about the market, we especially appreciated her candor in helping us price our home properly in a very difficult market. Many real estate agents seem afraid to their clients that their home is worth less than than believe to be true, but Kim was not afraid to tell us what we needed to hear—and then backed up her valuation and recommended asking price with data regarding sales of similar properties in our development. Her candor helped us set a realistic price and, as a result, we were able to sell our home much quicker than we expected. We highly recommend her.

We chose Kim to be our agent mainly because we had heard of her sales reputation in Grand Palm. She is knowledgeable of the area and it’s benefits.
