Took 2.5 years to find the right house but Andrew was willing and able to view houses for me or to recommend a house I might be interested in, I live out of state, so it took Andrew many hours , days to find the correct house for me. Andrew was very helpful with additional tasks, finding a lawyer for me, finding homeowners insurance and so many other tasks as I was out of the state, I honestly can not believe how above and beyond my agent went.

My wife and I have dealt with quite a few realtors over the years and I have also dealt with quite a few through my experience as an attorney and Andrew is by far the best. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. We plan on recommending him to any and all friends and family who decide to buy a house in the general area.

Andrew made my/our entire experience very enjoyable. I/we put him in some difficult situations and he handled these in a very professional manner. He does everything at a high level. He pointed out issues that we didn't see and helped us really find the right house for us. He even went to the home inspections to make sure everything was in great condition. Andrew has a great sense of humor, great stories, and great energy level. We would rate him 10 out of 10.

This was a process that inclided Andrew (our buyer's agent) and numerous listing realtors - some good and some very bad. The property we ended up with was "meant to be" as it was an early selection but delays and deadlines passed with no success. Other properties were reviewed and offers submitted but it all came back to our ultimate acquisition. Andrew was patient and persistant in working with us through many facets of the deal from inspections, asppraisals, contractor quotes, insurance, cleaners, roofers, etc. He absolutely went over and above the call of duty in making it happen as we were out-of-state buyers. I work with realtors in my job in Indiana and know what a good realtor is and isn't - Andrew is excellent from my standpoint! Do not hesitate to use him at all.
