Jeremy was a recommendation from one of our friends. He was very professional and easy going. He was constantly able to meet up at houses without an issue, sometimes with only a few hours notice. He obviously understands the market very well. We also really like the tools that the company uses to set up searches and view homes/communicate homes to the real estate agent. Easy to use and similar to the real estate apps. Jeremy was able to set up searches for us to help identify homes and automate emails to send us the new homes on the market meeting the search requirements, and we were able to set up our own searches as well.

Cathy Fernandez is quite simply the best in the business. She exceeded our expectations from start to finish. She is an absolute professional in every way.
