Lisa was great in pulling information together and marketing the house. She recommended I stage the house and she handled all the details. The house was beautiful and prospects appreciated it. I believe we got more because of the staging. The house was sold with the pretense of a 1031 exchange and her roster of vendors made the sale go through smoothly without any interruptions. As an investor, I hate headaches. I would recommend anyone to use Lisa to buy or sell a house as I do to avoid inexperienced realtor fumbles.

This was a new home build/buy. The communication between Lisa and the builder was incredibly confident. Lisa stayed on top of every detail that was in the contract and kept me at ease. The follow up with the builder on any issue was satisfied and resolved any incidences.
