Me and my wife started working with Jeremy over a year ago and we looked at several homes in all price ranges and locations and we couldn’t find the one. However, I remember one time Jeremy told us “I’ll absolutely find you a house!” And he did! Not just a house but he found us the perfect one just how we wanted it! I highly recommend Jeremy because he’s great to work with, had a ton of patience with us (specially our 4 and 6 year old who became best buddies with Jeremy). He won’t give up on you and he’ll help you with everything and anything you may be unsure or worried about. He’s very honest and he’s the definition of a no pressure type of realtor. He listens to you and he’ll work on getting you what you’re looking for. Two thumbs up and I am very happy that we got to work with and I’ll be always grateful for having Jeremy as our agent.

Lisa was great in pulling information together and marketing the house. She recommended I stage the house and she handled all the details. The house was beautiful and prospects appreciated it. I believe we got more because of the staging. The house was sold with the pretense of a 1031 exchange and her roster of vendors made the sale go through smoothly without any interruptions. As an investor, I hate headaches. I would recommend anyone to use Lisa to buy or sell a house as I do to avoid inexperienced realtor fumbles.

This was a new home build/buy. The communication between Lisa and the builder was incredibly confident. Lisa stayed on top of every detail that was in the contract and kept me at ease. The follow up with the builder on any issue was satisfied and resolved any incidences. Lisa is very good on explaining the process on the “ins and outs” of new home construction and with contractors we have used in the past on other investment property purchases.

Jeremy is THE MAN when it comes to reality needs. My wife and I had very specific needs for our next home venture and a pretty tight deadline. Jeremy scoured the zip code we wanted to be in and made sure it was in the right school zone. Once we found the home we loved, he was excellent in advising how to go about our offer and secure an acceptance. Solutions driven and challenge solver, nothing could deter this man! He was even able to figure out a way to get us in the home prior to closing so we didn’t have to be in between homes as we made our move just after our daughter began kindergarten.
