I can confidently say that Lisa is a hardworking and successful agent, primarily because of her expertise and professionalism. She has high integrity, is relentless and does not take her job lightly. One of the qualities I respect the most is her professional, yet relaxed style. She listened and was very attentive to my needs and objectives, and did an excellent job at putting me at ease by answering all my questions and concerns always responding immediately to my phone calls and text messages. She conducted research to assist with assessing a fair market value of my property and negotiated effectively with the opposing agent on my behalf. She has a full array of resources, which made the process very smoothly. Jeremy was a fantastic person to work with on the sale of my condominium. For the last eight years, I have been an absentee owner of the property, and while I had tenants that I trusted, I had not actually seen my property for about five years. After my trusted tenants moved out, I contacted Jeremy who went in and did a visual assessment of the property and handled the three or four very minor repairs that were needed. I was prepared to fly into town to take care of and/or coordinate this type of detail work myself. However, Jeremy’s professionalism and attentiveness put me at ease, and gave me confidence that everything was being handled in a top-notch manner. He suggested an accurate sale price based on the condition of the property and comps. He also gave the unit a second cleaning and brought in a professional photographer to properly shoot the space. Legitimate offers came in that first week and within 10 days or so I was able to accept an offer that met my financial expectations. Jeremy kept the lines of communication with me and the other parties open and was always able to quickly provide me with information, advice, and suggestions. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I first met Mary when she helped me find and purchase a new home. At that time Mary was extremely helpful (and patient). So when it came time to sell a undeveloped parcel of land I knew who I needed to call. And once again she came through.
