Matt Yoder was truly exceptional in selling our home and finding us another. Matt was ALWAYS available to help us with any questions on selling our home and made himself available quickly to allow us to see homes to buy. His responsiveness and work acumen were incredible. He texted us back, if not immediately, withing the hour. He did an incredible amount of info gathering about the process, status of home being sold and what was available for us to purchase always keeping in mind our wants and needs. He treated our situation as if he was selling his own property. Matt Yoder knows how to make your dreams a reality, treated other agents with kindness and professionalism. His patience was above par as there were times we were under stress, (not of his doing) so he made sure to take that stress off of us. His calm mindset kept our anxiety low and gave us the confidence he would get the job done! His promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, gentleness, good energy made a potentially chaotic selling and purchasing process simple. We highly recommended him to anyone and would suggest using the same agent for selling and buying as this make it a smoother process.
