My fiancé and I made a quick decision in July that we wanted a house this year and after a reference from my sister, Regina helped us out tremendously! She set up quick, same-day sometimes, showings and was very communicative throughout the whole process. She always made sure all of our questions were answered. We found our dream home with her!

She exhibited well-reasoned, experienced knowledge about the market, our listing, and often offered advice and counsel to expedite paperwork and procedures making our transaction a smooth one. I’d highly recommend her and would use her services again should another home sale or purchase need arise.

Selling our family home was the final task of settling affairs after our Dad passed. Our Mom moved to Houston and no longer was going to live in the house. We contacted Yolanda as a top realtor in Leesburg and most importantly one that was familiar with the neighborhood and our family. Yolanda excepted the challenge and helped us get things in order to prepare the house for sell, land on a fair sells price. Yolanda kept us abreast of the offers, provided advise on what maybe needed to increase interest. She was very responsive, and acted with a fabulous sense of urgency in addressing the nuances between buyer and seller. Yolanda was an outstanding partner. We highly recommend her!

I started my journey two and a halve years ago with the most amazing person. Regina is an outstanding proffecional, kind, helpful, very knowledgeable and sweet. I do not have enough adgetives for this wonderful lady. She was there for us since we decided to move to Clermont. Due to situations out of our control, it took us two years to move, but she was there for us nonetheless. Not only she went the extra mile to show us houses, but also Regina showed us our way in Clermot. She gave us all the contacts we needed to make our lives easier. Regina only has love, patience and hard work for her clients. I recommend her to anyone that is looking to make their dreams come true. Thank you so much for everything Regina. You gave us a new start in life.
