I first met Daniela when she was showing me a home that was for sale in my neighborhood. She was the listing agent for the property but still managed to be very personable to deal with. She was very knowledgeable about the house and the land but still gave us time to wander about so we could discuss our opinions in private. There was no pressure, no sales tactics, just a friendly agent willing to help make this our dream home if we so chose, and we did! At the time we were just in search of a "roof to share" but suddenly had to put my own home on the market. I took a leap of faith, went with my gut instincts and decided to have Daniela list my home as well. She visited my home, gave me honest opinions on what needed to be done to help it sell then did some research on comparable homes in the vicinity. We decided on the proper price together, once again with very little pressure and low and behold it sold within 8 hours of being on the market! It may have taken longer but Daniela isn't like other agents who just lists the house and walks away. She put as much effort into selling my house as if it were her own! In fact she stayed in town late on a Friday night just to make sure that the offer was processed before leaving to visit family (out of the country) that weekend! Then of course she still made herself available by email if I had any questions, and I did. The people who purchased my home turned out to be one of her clients and the whole buying and selling process has been something very unique and enjoyable. I would suggest her as a real estate professional to anyone I know. Her dedication, knowledge and work ethic is second to none. All of that and she is a great person as well!
