Monica successfully sold this property and several others property of ours. We had two listing prior with another Realitor but they were not able to get the sale . I had met Lindsay Wolfe over the summer. We discussed my plan to sell my home in N. Royalton. Fast forward to 8/18 when Rich Gamin and Lindsay came to the house and fully outlined their plan on marketing my home. Efficient planning and a great marketing plan to include videos, etc. The plan was completed promptly and I undertook the task of emptying the home. Their support throughout was tremendous. 9/27 house on the market to fanfare of showings and one open house, that was all we needed. Multiple offers and one that could not be beat. 10/17 closed and moved to my new home. 2 months. Unbelievable! Trust from the beginning and Rich and Lindsay never veered from the plan. Highly recommend and cannot thank you enough.
