I had the privilege of working with Karen on a recent house sale. I have bought and sold five properties over the years and Karen is the best of the best. She is an amazing negotiator, professional, with strong communication skills. She is ethical and trustworthy, gives great advice without pushing the outcome. We don't write reviews often but want others to know they could not find a better realtor that we are so grateful to call a good friend.

As a newly engaged couple who were looking to become first-time home buyers we had no idea about the process whatsoever. We followed Karen’s recommendations on listing price which was spot on. She was very knowledgeable about current market values. We also followed her recommendations on preparing house for sale. She contacted and assisted with companies for clean out and cleaning of home. Karen’s communication skills were also excellent. She kept me informed via text, email, and phone. Karen’s professionalism was also excellent. She assisted with all areas of the sales of house including being available for closing. Finally, based on her recommendations and assistance we received above asking price.
