We followed Karen’s recommendations on listing price which was spot on. She was very knowledgeable about current market values. We also followed her recommendations on preparing house for sale. She contacted and assisted with companies for clean out and cleaning of home. Karen’s communication skills were also excellent. She kept me informed via text, email, and phone. Daniela is everything a real estate agent should be. Honest. Sincere. Personable. And most of all Dedicated, & always Reachable. Daniela helped me sell my mothers home on Parma Park Boulevard in winter of 2014 to 2015. I am so thankful for all that she has done for my family and in such a respectful and honorable way. It’s always hard selling your family home of 50+ years. My mom was already in a facility and suffering with Alzheimer’s.
