Rich Ganim was able to sell our property by revising the purchase price (the former agent advised against it, even though we suggested it) updating the photos, reaching out to buyers, especially out of town buyers and completely revising the description of the amenities, most of which were missing on the previous listing. The previous agent had the property for 6 months; there were 3 or 4 showings. The condo market is difficult; acknowledged. But Rich had it for 18 days, had 7 showings and 2 offers. Realtors can no longer wait for buyers to come to them. This realtor goes out and finds buyers. And he’s a great guy!
