We were looking for a home from out of state and met Elita on one of our trips to Florida. She was a newer agent but a true professional at all times. We sent her houses that we found online and she looked at them with our daughter who lives locally. She would reaearch the neighborhood and create video tours for us. She was always positive and never pushy. We finally found the home we wanted and closed on it at the end of December. Elita kept us updated the whole time. Alexus was the best realtor we could ask for. She is the sweetest person, and she went above and beyond what most people do. She always responded so promptly to our texts/calls, she was knowledgeable, and she was completely transparent. Being we are from NY, we needed an agent that could do virtual tours for us and give us insight to the areas where we were looking. We had trouble finding an agent before her as some didn’t even respond to me or put in any effort.
