We like to see numbers to help us understand what to expect. Nick explained the numbers and what each of them “meant" in a way that made perfect sense. Too many things to put in a review but we felt extremely comfortable and easy working with Nick from the first call through the complete sales process. Availability, transparency, communication and understanding the process were all very important to us and Nick exceeded all our expectations. Nick was so easy to work with. He was very understanding and helpful with the situation. I am sure this was one of his largest challenges. There were countless issues with my mothers property. So many delays caused by the way the ownership was set up. Nick helped me navigate thru it all. If it was not for his help and knowledge the property would still be for sale. We spoke many times on the phone since I am in Minnesota and he in Florida. We could laugh and joke. He made me feel like I was his only client. I could not of made a better choice.

Alexus is very knowledgeable about the area she covers and willingly provided detailed information of properties I was interested in viewing.
