Thr McCalls are the best realtors we have ever had the pleasure of working with. Crystal and Christie are professional, helpful, and so incredibly talented. Ms. Martinez is a true professional. She was hard-working, persistent and communicative throughout the sale process, from identifying serious buyers, to conflict resulution, to closing. She succeeded where a previous realtor failed at all levels. I'd highly recommend her for even the most challenging property sales. Though 50% of my vacant lot was situated on a power easement, Ms. Martinez was able to attract multiple cash buyers in a short period of time and I was able to close within +85% of my original (and indeed aspirational) asking price!
