Nick was so easy to work with. He was very understanding and helpful with the situation. I am sure this was one of his largest challenges. There were countless issues with my mothers property. So many delays caused by the way the ownership was set up. Nick helped me navigate thru it all. If it was not for his help and knowledge the property would still be for sale. We spoke many times on the phone since I am in Minnesota and he in Florida. We could laugh and joke. He made me feel like I was his only client. I could not of made a better choice.
