Katie was patient and showed me approximately 15 houses before we found a home that was affordable and in a great neighborhood with a low hoa. We are loving our new place and I'm a very picky person (as Katie can attest) so it took several months to locate the right house and neighborhood. Katie would work with us on weekends while we were still officially living in the Florida panhandle and made her schedule very flexible so we could see as many options as possible.
