Shaunda was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the sale of my house. She was very easy to contact and always available to provide answers and solid suggestions on how to prepare the house for sale and show. Shaunda is very professional and is not a weekend warrior realtor. This is her full-time profession and she takes it seriously. I appreciated her market knowledge and negotiation skills. I wanted a house in a central location with access to the expressways and yet wanted a quiet neighborhood. Oh, I also had to have a pool! So I have been living here a few years and my house has appreciated quite a bit, and I still love the neighborhood.
