Shaunda was very good, at all the skills above. She was always available to talk and provide answers and feedback. Her knowledge base was exceptional and she was always ready to provide helpful ideas and tips to make the property show ready and had a load of information on contractors to get the job done. I was out of town for some of the process and it was no issue for Shaunda, she was great. Listed the house on one day had a open house the next and got it under contract in 4 days, at full listing. Closed on the house in less than a month and there were no issues.

Shaunda is very professional and is not a weekend warrior realtor. This is her full-time profession and she takes it seriously. I appreciated her market knowledge and negotiation skills. I wanted a house in a central location with access to the expressways and yet wanted a quiet neighborhood. Oh, I also had to have a pool! So I have been living here a few years and my house has appreciated quite a bit, and I still love the neighborhood.
