Dawn did a great job selling our home. She helped us stage our home, had professional pictures taken, did a phenomenal marketing job and we ended up getting an offer on our home in just under 3 weeks! In fact it was so fast, we weren't prepared! Dawn kept in touch with us constantly, was available practically all hours of the day and night. We looked at lots of places and Cindy did a great job narrowing down a nice location and representing us. In fact I found a few interesting places on Zillow and she looked in to them for me and determined that there were some problems with the builder. She really looks out for her clients.

Need to add five more stars. Cindy Brads was a blind referral from a Facebook acquaintance but could not have been more of a rockstar for us - especially as out-of-state buyers. She worked with us during the very narrow windows we were in town and made it her mission to be sure we were taken care of up to, and including immediate post-closing when we needed floor cleaning and ceiling fan installation. Highly recommend Cindy to anyone looking for real estate in central Florida.
