We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Dawn. She spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. We were concerned about being outside of the country, which would make it difficult for us to sell our house. She really helped to take the pressure off of us. I’m a first time home buyer, I was nervous until I reached out to Georgie to help me find the right home for my family. A good location was a deal breaker for me .
