Well Cindy helped us find the perfect townhouse in Winter Garden in October 2020. After several visits to my daughter's we decided to start looking to find our vacation home. Little did I know that after one trip just checking out houses and neighborhoods she would find us the perfect vacation home within a month. I thought it would take at least a year so glad it didn't and we get to use it. She is an incredible realtor and looks out for her customers. Will definitely send others her way.

Super nice and easy to work with. Very professional. She’s wonderful at communicating and stays “hands on” until the very end. She walked us through every step of the way. We have worked with Cindy for both buying and selling. She took time to understand our needs when we were buying and jumped right into action when we decided to sell. She educated us on placing a fair, but competitive offer when we were buying. When selling in this crazy market, she helped us decide on a list price. We got 9 offers the same weekend we listed.
