Dawn prepared us for the open house explaining everything, even helped with the last minute sprucing up. We were away for the open house but she kept us informed throughout the two days.

Expertise coupled with communication and valuable support
Dawn is a true professional - she is always responsive and lets us know if there were any items to review. Dawn provided ongoing support as we prepared the home for sale and her advice was exceptional on which updgrades would maximize our ROI. Dawn brought valuable insights on the market and how to price in our area. She was also very knoweledgeable on how to manage the offers from the buyers. Knowledgable, Professional, Friendly, Amazing!
Christine is an amazing person and realtor. We were lucky to get referred to her through a family member, and she went above and beyond helping us purchase our first home. Throughout the entire process she was incredibly knowledgeable and responsive to all of our questions, answering many before we even needed to ask. She was happy to give advice when appropriate but always encouraged us to make our own decision. We never felt pressured or rushed, and we knew she had our best interest at heart. We would not have been able to make it to closing without Christine. The other realtor was horrible and shady, on top of what was already a complicated situation. The sellers had passed and the beneficiaries wanted nothing to do with the property. More than halfway through the closing process the other realtor admitted there was a second mortgage on the house which changed the existing agreement. Christine really went to bat for us and dealt with frankly an awful realtor with grit and professionalism. Thank you, Christine, for all of your hard work! We love our house and we couldn’t have done it without you!

On very few occasions I believe when the stars align you get to know someone who truly understands what you need and goes out there to execute it and bring forth your dream. Jackie is that person who goes above your expectations to see it come to fruition. She was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the entire process, she really cared about us, understood our needs from the very beginning. The very best I know in this business.
