Shaunda was very good, at all the skills above. She was always available to talk and provide answers and feedback. Her knowledge base was exceptional and she was always ready to provide helpful ideas and tips to make the property show ready and had a load of information on contractors to get the job done. I was out of town for some of the process and it was no issue for Shaunda, she was great. Listed the house on one day had a open house the next and got it under contract in 4 days, at full listing.
