Working with Shaunda was a very pleasant experience. She is extremely knowledgeable and kept us updated every step of the way. Always available and knew EXACTLY what we were looking for. We are extremelypleased with her services and will highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell. Having Shaunda help us through our journey was the best decision we made not only because of her knowledge and availability but also because we felt very comfortable sharing our opinions/concerns with her. She has a great personality and sense of humor! Trustworthy, honest and punctual young lady and we will always be recommending her services and will work with her again in the near future! Shaunda Hall is by far the best realtor in town
Shaunda Hall is by far the best realtor in town. I bought my first home at 25 years old and had a terrible realtor. When I went to sell that home, I found Shaunda. She help me sell and purchase every home after that. We are on our fourth home and she has been my realtor every time. She is reliable, organized, experienced and a delight to work with. I couldn’t imagine going through the process with anyone else. I highly recommend her as a realtor.

Would highly recommend Cindy. We are from out-of-town and Cindy's communication is great. She worked with us to find the right neighborhood and house. She has been very helpful with issues we had with the Seller/builder and goes above and beyond to make sure we are happy with our purchase. She is an advocate for us when we aren't there in person and I feel very comfortable knowing she is looking out for us.

If you're looking for a realtor , look no more , you found the right one. Shaunda is very knowledgeable, at what she does. She helped me find my awesome home , at a affordable price. She helped me setup utilities, and she even helped lower my closing cost. She's on time, reliable, a very good negotiator. Just tell her what you're looking for and she will find it for you.

George was an amazing help throughout the whole process
George was an amazing help throughout the whole process. From the very beginning he listened to us and what we wanted/needed (we had a very unique situation), and went out of his way time after time. At the beginning of the process he spent two hours explaining to us how the home buying process went (We were first time buyers) so we would always know what was happening, and he answered our many questions patiently and promptly as we searched for our home. He always adapted to our crazy schedule for showings and provided valuable advice of each home we looked at, thanks to his great knowledge of the area. Once we found our home, he did a wonderful job negotiating the selling price and the whole closing process was seamless. Even after we closed, he has continued to be a huge asset and has been helping us beyond his job description to find contractors, insurance, etc. We really recommend George if you are in search of a realtor!!!

Jorge did an amazing job selling my home
Jorge did an amazing job selling my home in Winter Garden, FL. He priced it very competitively in the market and brought in three offers within the first two weeks of it being listed. Among them was a cash very near asking price offer that closed the property in just a little over a month of being listed. Jorge was patient but persistent in working with both me as the seller and the buyers to help us come to terms that were agreeable. The buyers apparently love my home and moved in happy, and I was extraordinarily pleased with the speed and the outcome of the experience.
