Janet was a real pleasure to work with! She was able to provide me with several high quality local service providers needed to get my property ready for sale, which was a huge help as I was not local to the area. I highly recommend Janet if you need a realtor; she is knowledgeable, responsive, thorough, professional and courteous!

Jerry and his team are absolutely top notch. As first time home buyers, we were very nervous when starting our search in early spring as the market became unpredictable. Things were moving quickly and houses were going for way above asking price, so it was overwhelming trying to figure out where to start. Once we were put in touch with Jerry, everything became so much easier. He handled everything for us with ease and was constantly available to make moves on the houses we were interested in. His experience in the game and much appreciated advice led to us finally landing the perfect house, which we have been happily enjoying for the past couple months. We could not be more thankful for the effort he and his team put in, and the kindness they showed to us during that stressful time - we truly could not recommend them more!

I would like to commend Janet on her unbelievable hard work & most importantly - finding my home that has been my dream since I was a little girl!!! I still cannot believe that I landed this dream home and if it was not for Janet’s hard work, it would never have come to pass. Even through the buying process, and signing of all documents, it was a breeze! She made everything go so smooth, it was comforting to know she was there and had my back through it all. Day or night she was there answering my texts and emails. I never felt uninformed and never became overwhelmed with anything during this entire buying experience… thank you Janet!, you were a life saver and I could not be happier!!! WHOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOO!, we did it :)

Janet is a consummate professional who goes far beyond simply 'doing the job'. When I was selling my house, she always had my best interests in mind and provided sound and very helpful advice while leaving the final decisions up to me. Janet's in-depth knowledge of the relevant processes and regulations is complemented by the personal touch and great dedication she brings to her work. All this made a potentially stressful process much smoother. I couldn't have wished for a better agent.

Shannon was a complete professional throughout the whole process. We bid on several houses before we found our home and she was by our side every step of the way making sure we didn’t get discouraged. I had to switch lenders halfway through and Shannon was there to make sure we closed and got our keys on time without hesitation. She went out of her way to take care of us, and stayed in constant communication when she didn’t have to. I highly recommend Shannon to anyone looking for a home. She will not let you down.
